Broiled Spicy Chicken Thighs

I have tried this recipe several times, and it is definitely flavourful.

But the proportions in the adapted recipe didn’t work for us.  The coating for the chicken made with the adapted recipe was little more than a paste that wouldn’t coat even two pieces of the chicken!

Even after doubling the oil in the recipe, there was not enough of the coating to cover the 12 small chicken thighs.  I ended up doing just 9 of the 12 thighs with the coating and doing the remaining three thighs with just the honey glaze.
